Original art and first batch of colors not mine, as ussual.

EDIT: Significant corrections to attain a more show-like appearance. This is now a good balance between most of the shots (aerial and ground) where this building can be seen.

Must say that this is very high quality. While it is not yours, and I do give props to the original artist, I must admit that this image is quite nice. I used it on my fic over on FimFiction simply because it's the best one of the Town Hall out there!

Well it's been through many hands by now. It's current state is mostly my work over a base laid out by someone else over a pic drawn by Simbaro based on art from the show, so I really don't know who could claim authorship, haha.
